Human Resources

I have more than 20 years of human resources experience. I am Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). I also have a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management. I have been retained as an Interim HR Director. I am comfortable at the senior management level as well being a one person HR department, performing day-to-day HR tasks. I have experience with all human resources functions, including: benefits administration, hiring and termination, analysis of exempt/non-exempt status, annual performance evaluations and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Management

I have held management roles at nonprofit and for profit organizations. I have executive level experience, reporting to Executive Directors/CEOs and Boards of Directors. I provide assistance with: difficult and confidential situations, annual audits and the review and improvement of financial policies, procedures and internal controls.

Operations and Facilities

Facilities Management experience including: COVID-19 Written Prevention Programs, Injury and Illness Prevention Programs (IIPP), Workplace Violence Prevention Plans, landlord/tenant negotiations, facilities repair and maintenance, relocations and insurance claims.
