Welcome to the website for Sarah C.A. Schulman Consulting!

As a consultant, I provide Human Resource and Management Consulting for Nonprofit and For Profit Companies. I have more than 20 years of human resource experience and I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

For an organization to prosper, I believe that it must be true to its culture but also run efficiently. However many organizations do not have the time or expertise to address human resource or management issues. In addition, organizations overlook problems in these areas until they become a crisis. They are then forced to spend valuable time and resources cleaning up the resulting mess.

I Can Help!

I have worked with many companies, both nonprofits and for profits, and am extremely knowledgeable about these types of human resource and management problems. I can help fix them. I can perform the search to find a new employee to fit the needs of your organization. I can answer urgent and confidential human resource questions. When I update an employee handbook, it ensures that the organization is in compliance with current employment law.
